i think its time i told you about what happened in the divide.

i knew someone was after me. i knew that since primm. didnt think for a minute he'd find me again.
his name is ulysses. he was supposed to be the one carrying the chip but he gave the job to me. he was trying to get me killed didnt count on how good id be at living. he used ed-e to get a message to me and tell me where to go. had to make me see what id left behind when i ran.

i remembered. when i got there and saw it. there used to be a settlement there. do you remember? that was mine arcade. my settlement. my people. i was supposed to be protecting them and i failed. i failed then i fucking ran. the ncr set me up. they sent me in there with an active icbm detonator switch and i set off nearly every nuke in the place once i got in range.

it was my fault. all of it. i had to face up to what id done.
